  • calamansi juice1 cup
  • granulated sugar2/3 cup
  • water, divided4 cups total (1 cup for syrup, 3 cups for dilution)
Instructions
  1. 1Combine 1 cup water and 2/3 cup sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Whisk until the sugar fully dissolves.
  3. 3Let cool.
  4. 4In a 2-quart pitcher, combine the cooled syrup with 3 cups cold water and 1 cup fresh calamansi juice.
  5. 5Stir to combine.
  6. 6Serve over ice.
