🥃Ingredients
- Sugar2 1/2 cups
- Corn syrup1 cup
- Coffee1 1/2 oz instant
- Vanilla extract2 oz
- Water3 cups boiling
- Vodka1 fifth
👨🍳Instructions
Dissolve 2 1/2 cups of sugar in 2 cups of boiling water, then mix in 1 cup of corn syrup. In the remaining 1 cup of boiling water, dissolve 1 1/2 oz of instant coffee. Combine the syrup and coffee in a gallon jug, let it cool, then add 1 fifth of vodka and 2 oz of vanilla extract. For optimal flavor, allow the mixture to mature for 4-5 weeks.
