- Orange juice (freshly squeezed)5/6 oz
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed)5/6 oz
- Rich cane syrup (2:1; e.g., Monin Pure Cane 65° Brix)0.42 oz
- Egg white (pasteurized) or Fee Foam1/2 oz or 3 dashes
Instructions
- 1Chill a double old-fashioned glass.
- 2Prepare an orange zest twist.
- 3Shake all ingredients with ice.
