  • Orange juice (freshly squeezed)5/6 oz
  • Lime juice (freshly squeezed)5/6 oz
  • Rich cane syrup (2:1; e.g., Monin Pure Cane 65° Brix)0.42 oz
  • Egg white (pasteurized) or Fee Foam1/2 oz or 3 dashes
Instructions
  1. 1Chill a double old-fashioned glass.
  2. 2Prepare an orange zest twist.
  3. 3Shake all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4Strain back into the shaker.
  5. 5Dry shake without ice.
  6. 6Fine strain into the chilled glass.
