Ingredients
- Rosé wine1 (750 mL) bottle, frozen until almost solid
- Aperol1 oz
- Lemon juice (fresh)1 oz
- Simple syrup1/3 cup
- Crushed ice3/4 cup (for blending)
Instructions
- 1Pour the rosé into a 9x13-inch pan.
- 2Freeze for up to 6 hours until almost solid.
- 3Scrape the semi-frozen rosé into a blender.
- 4Break up larger icy pieces.
- 5Add Aperol, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice.
- 6Blend until thick and slushy.
- 7Divide among glasses.
