Ingredients
  • Rosé wine1 (750 mL) bottle, frozen until almost solid
  • Aperol1 oz
  • Lemon juice (fresh)1 oz
  • Simple syrup1/3 cup
  • Crushed ice3/4 cup (for blending)
Instructions
  1. 1Pour the rosé into a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. 2Freeze for up to 6 hours until almost solid.
  3. 3Scrape the semi-frozen rosé into a blender.
  4. 4Break up larger icy pieces.
  5. 5Add Aperol, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice.
  6. 6Blend until thick and slushy.
  7. 7Divide among glasses.
