- Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum50 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed)12.5 ml
- Rich sugar syrup (2:1)7.5 ml
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer75 ml
Instructions
- 1Pre-chill a copper mug or Collins glass.
- 2Pour the rum, lime juice, and rich sugar syrup into the glass.
- 3Stir briefly.
- 4Fill the glass two-thirds with cubed ice.
