  • Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum50 ml
  • Lime juice (freshly squeezed)12.5 ml
  • Rich sugar syrup (2:1)7.5 ml
  • Thomas Henry Ginger Beer75 ml
Instructions
  1. 1Pre-chill a copper mug or Collins glass.
  2. 2Pour the rum, lime juice, and rich sugar syrup into the glass.
  3. 3Stir briefly.
  4. 4Fill the glass two-thirds with cubed ice.
  5. 5Top with ginger beer.
  6. 6Add a crown of crushed ice.
