Ingredients
- black pepper, freshly ground (for rim)2 pinches
- celery salt (for rim)2 pinches
- lime wedge (to wet rim)1 wedge
- gin2 oz
- tomato juice4 oz
- lemon juice, freshly squeezed1/2 oz
- Tabasco or other red pepper sauce6 dashes
- Worcestershire sauce4 dashes

Instructions
- 1Pour the pepper and celery salt onto a small plate.
- 2Rub the juicy side of a lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass.
- 3Rim the glass with the salt-and-pepper mixture.
- 4Fill the glass with ice.
- 5Add the gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to a shaker with ice.
- 6Shake until well chilled.
- 7Strain into the prepared glass.
