  • Bombay Sapphire Gin1.75 oz (50 ml)
  • Blue curaçao0.5 oz (15 ml)
  • Lemon wedge1, gently squeezed
  • Fever-Tree Light Tonic Waterto top
  • Rosemary sprig1
Instructions
  1. 1Add gin, blue curaçao, a rosemary sprig, and a gently squeezed lemon wedge to a balloon (copa) glass.
  2. 2Swirl to combine.
  3. 3Fill the glass with cubed ice.
  4. 4Top with Fever-Tree Light Tonic Water.
  5. 5Gently fold with a bar spoon to mix.
