  • Matcha powder3 g (about 1.5 tsp)
  • Hot water (about 176°F / 80°C)100 mL (3.4 oz)
  • Cold milk (dairy or plant-based)100 mL (3.4 oz)
  • IceTo fill glass
Instructions
  1. 1Sift 3 g matcha into a bowl.
  2. 2Add 100 mL hot water at about 176°F/80°C.
  3. 3Whisk vigorously for about 15 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  4. 4Fill a tall glass with ice.
  5. 5Add 100 mL cold milk to the glass.
  6. 6Pour the whisked matcha over the milk and ice.
