🥃Ingredients
- Bourbon50 ml
- Fresh mint leaves8 leaves, plus extra for garnish
- Fresh raspberries1 small handful, plus extra for garnish
- Simple syrup (1:2 sugar:water)1 teaspoon
- Crushed iceto fill
👨🍳Instructions
- Heat 1 part sugar with 2 parts water until dissolved.
- Put 1 tsp of the syrup into a tumbler.
- Add the mint leaves.
- Add the raspberries.
- Muddle.
- Let macerate for 10 minutes.
- Remove the mint.
- Strain into a clean glass.
- Add a small handful of crushed ice.
- Pour in the bourbon.
- Stir.
- Top with more crushed ice.
