Ingredients
  • Coconut oil (for rim)as needed
  • Jaggery (for rim)1/4 tsp
  • Salt (for rim)pinch
  • Fennel seeds, ground (for rim)1/4 tsp
  • Iceas needed
  • Bacardi Coconut Rum2.5 oz
  • Bombay Sapphire Gin1 oz
  • Lime juice (from 1/2 lime)approx. 1/2 lime, squeezed
  • Ginger beer3/4 cup
  • Midori melon liqueursplash
  • Blue Curaçaosplash
  • Beet juicesplash
  • Rose petals (garnish)to taste
Instructions
  1. 1Mix ground fennel seeds, jaggery, and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2Brush the rim of a chilled cooler glass with a little coconut oil.
  3. 3Roll the rim in the mixture to coat.
  4. 4Keep the prepared glass in the freezer while you mix the drink.
  5. 5Fill a shaker with ice.
  6. 6Add coconut rum.
  7. 7Add gin.
  8. 8Add lime juice.
  9. 9Shake well.
  10. 10Strain into the prepared cold glass.
  11. 11Add ginger beer.
  12. 12Add a splash of Midori.
  13. 13Add a splash of Blue Curaçao.
  14. 14Add a splash of beet juice.
  15. 15Top with rose petals.
  16. 16Add a lime peel.
