  • Bacardi Coconut Rum2.5 oz
  • Bombay Sapphire Gin1 oz
  • Lime juice (from 1/2 lime)approx. 1/2 lime, squeezed
  • Ginger beer3/4 cup
  • Midori melon liqueursplash
  • Blue Curaçaosplash
  • Beet juicesplash
  • Rose petals (garnish)to taste

👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Mix ground fennel seeds, jaggery, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Brush the rim of a chilled cooler glass with a little coconut oil.
  3. Roll the rim in the mixture to coat.
  4. Keep the prepared glass in the freezer while you mix the drink.
  5. Fill a shaker with ice.
  6. Add coconut rum.
  7. Add gin.
  8. Add lime juice.
  9. Shake well.
  10. Strain into the prepared cold glass.
  11. Add ginger beer.
  12. Add a splash of Midori.
  13. Add a splash of Blue Curaçao.
  14. Add a splash of beet juice.
  15. Top with rose petals.
  16. Add a lime peel.
