Ingredients
  • Blended whiskey1.5 oz
  • Lemon juice (fresh)0.5 oz
  • Powdered sugar (or superfine sugar)1 tsp
  • Red port0.5 oz (1 tbsp)
  • Egg white1
  • Soda water (club/mineral)to top
Instructions
  1. 1Dry shake the whiskey, port, lemon juice, sugar, and egg white without ice.
  2. 2Add ice.
  3. 3Shake until well chilled.
  4. 4Strain into a highball glass over two fresh ice cubes.
  5. 5Top with soda water.
  6. 6Gently stir to combine.
