- Lemon juice (fresh)0.5 oz
- Powdered sugar (or superfine sugar)1 tsp
- Red port0.5 oz (1 tbsp)
- Egg white1
- Soda water (club/mineral)to top
Instructions
- 1Dry shake the whiskey, port, lemon juice, sugar, and egg white without ice.
- 2Add ice.
- 3Shake until well chilled.
- 4Strain into a highball glass over two fresh ice cubes.
- 5Top with soda water.
- 6Gently stir to combine.
