Ingredients
- Ground coffee (for brewing strong coffee)6 tbsp
- Ground coriander1/4 tsp
- Green cardamom pods, ground4–5 pods
- Sugar1–2 tsp, to taste
- Ice5–6 cubes
- Whipping creamto float
Instructions
- 1Place ground coffee, ground coriander, and ground cardamom in the coffee maker's filter.
- 2Brew the coffee.
- 3Let the spiced coffee cool.
- 4Add about 1 oz of the brewed coffee to a highball glass.
- 5Dissolve 1-2 tsp sugar in the coffee.
- 6Add 5-6 ice cubes.
- 7Top up with the remaining coffee, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
- 8Float whipping cream over the back of a spoon onto the surface of the drink.
