  • Bombay Sapphire gin50 ml
  • MARTINI Bianco Vermouth15 ml
  • St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur15 ml
  • Fever‑Tree Ginger Ale (chilled, freshly opened)100 ml
  • Lime wedges2, squeezed into glass
  • Ginger root slice (thin)1
  • Mint sprig (fresh)1
Instructions
  1. 1Squeeze two lime wedges into a large balloon gin glass.
  2. 2Add the thin ginger slice.
  3. 3Add St‑Germain.
  4. 4Add MARTINI Bianco.
  5. 5Add Bombay Sapphire.
  6. 6Swirl to mix.
  7. 7Fill the glass with cubed ice.
  8. 8Stir to chill.
  9. 9Top with the chilled ginger ale.
  10. 10Gently stir to combine.
