Ingredients
  • Tia Maria (coffee liqueur)1 oz
  • Dark Jamaican rum1 oz
  • Hot strong coffee6 oz
  • Brown sugar1 tsp, or to taste
  • Lightly whipped creamabout 1 oz to float
Instructions
  1. 1Prewarm a heatproof Irish coffee glass or mug.
  2. 2Add Tia Maria and dark Jamaican rum.
  3. 3Stir in brown sugar.
  4. 4Top up with hot strong coffee.
  5. 5Stir gently to combine.
  6. 6Float lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon.
