- Jamaican rum (J. Wray & Nephew 17-year, original)2 oz
- Orange curaçao (Holland DeKuyper, original)1/2 oz
- Orgeat syrup (French Garnier, original)1/2 oz
- Rock candy syrup (rich simple)1/4 oz
- Fresh lime juicejuice of 1 lime
Instructions
- 1Shake all ingredients vigorously with plenty of crushed ice.
- 2Pour into the glass.

- Do not strain.
- Garnish with the spent half lime shell and a fresh mint sprig.
