Ingredients
  • Light gold rum (1–3 year molasses column)1.5 oz
  • Fresh hot espresso1 oz
  • Galliano Espresso coffee liqueur2/3 oz
  • Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or tiny pinch of salt2 drops
Instructions
  1. 1Pre-chill a coupe.
  2. 2Shake all ingredients hard with ice.
  3. 3Fine-strain into the chilled glass.
  4. 4Express a lemon zest over the drink.
  5. 5Discard the peel.
  6. 6Float 3 coffee beans.
