Ingredients
  • Water1 litre (about 4 cups)
  • Green tea3 tsp
  • Brown cane sugar25 g
  • Ground ginger2–3 tsp
  • Walnuts, very finely chopped or ground25 g
Instructions
  1. 1Bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2Add the green tea.
  3. 3Add the brown cane sugar.
  4. 4Boil for about 2 minutes.
  5. 5Strain.
  6. 6Return the tea to the pan.
  7. 7Add the ground ginger.
  8. 8Add the finely ground walnuts.
  9. 9Bring back to a boil.
  10. 10Boil for about 2 minutes more.
