Ingredients
- Water1 litre (about 4 cups)
- Green tea3 tsp
- Brown cane sugar25 g
- Ground ginger2–3 tsp
- Walnuts, very finely chopped or ground25 g
Instructions
- 1Bring the water to a boil.
- 2Add the green tea.
- 3Add the brown cane sugar.
- 4Boil for about 2 minutes.
- 5Strain.
- 6Return the tea to the pan.
- 7Add the ground ginger.
- 8Add the finely ground walnuts.
- 9Bring back to a boil.
- 10Boil for about 2 minutes more.
