  • Mint leaves (fresh)12 leaves
  • Light gold rum (1–3 year old molasses column)1 1/2 oz
  • Chinola Mango Liqueur3/4 oz
  • Lime juice (freshly squeezed)1/2 oz
  • Monin Pure Cane Syrup (2:1 rich syrup)1/6 oz
  • Thomas Henry Soda Water, chilled1/3 oz
Instructions
  1. 1Select a Collins glass.
  2. 2Pre-chill the glass.
  3. 3Prepare a mango wedge garnish.
  4. 4Pour the first four ingredients into the glass.
  5. 5Fill the glass two-thirds with crushed ice.
  6. 6Churn.
  7. 7Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  8. 8Top with soda water.
  9. 9Garnish with a mango wedge.
