- Mint leaves (fresh)12 leaves
- Light gold rum (1–3 year old molasses column)1 1/2 oz
- Chinola Mango Liqueur3/4 oz
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed)1/2 oz
- Monin Pure Cane Syrup (2:1 rich syrup)1/6 oz
- Thomas Henry Soda Water, chilled1/3 oz
Instructions
- 1Select a Collins glass.
- 2Pre-chill the glass.
- 3Prepare a mango wedge garnish.
- 4Pour the first four ingredients into the glass.
- 5Fill the glass two-thirds with crushed ice.
- 6Churn.
- 7Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
- 8Top with soda water.
- 9Garnish with a mango wedge.
