- Mezcal Mitre Origen2 oz
- Rosemary (sprig)1
- Raspberries4
- Tonic water2 oz
- Still water2 oz
Instructions
- 1Pour still water halfway into an old fashioned glass.
- 2Add the raspberries.
- 3Tie a rosemary sprig at the tip with a thin ribbon.
- 4Fix the ribbon ends to the sides of the glass.
- 5Freeze for two hours.
- 6Add 2 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen to the glass.
- 7Top with tonic water.
