Ingredients
  • Orange–pineapple juice blend6 oz
  • Coconut rum3 oz
  • Spiced rum1 oz
  • Bitters (orange or Angostura)4–5 dashes
  • Maraschino cherry juice1–2 tsp, to taste
Instructions
  1. 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. 2Add the orange–pineapple juice to the shaker.
  3. 3Add the coconut rum to the shaker.
  4. 4Add the spiced rum to the shaker.
  5. 5Add the bitters to the shaker.
  6. 6Shake hard for about 30 seconds.
  7. 7Strain into two iced tumblers or one tall glass with fresh ice.
  8. 8Gently add 1–2 teaspoons of maraschino cherry juice.
  9. 9Garnish with a lime slice, pineapple wedge, and cherry.
  10. 10Finish with a light grating of nutmeg.
