Instructions
· 10 steps- 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2Add the orange–pineapple juice to the shaker.
- 3Add the coconut rum to the shaker.
- 4Add the spiced rum to the shaker.
- 5Add the bitters to the shaker.
- 6Shake hard for about 30 seconds.
- 7Strain into two iced tumblers or one tall glass with fresh ice.
- 8Gently add 1–2 teaspoons of maraschino cherry juice.
- 9Garnish with a lime slice, pineapple wedge, and cherry.
- 10Finish with a light grating of nutmeg.
