Ingredients
  • Absinthe1.5 oz (45 ml)
  • Simple syrup0.5 oz (15 ml)
  • Anisette2 dashes
  • Soda water (chilled)to top (about 2 oz / 60 ml)
Instructions
  1. 1Add absinthe, simple syrup, and anisette to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake until well chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a snifter over crushed or pebble ice.
  4. 4Top with chilled soda water.
  5. 5Stir briefly.
  6. 6Add more crushed ice to form a mound.

Pro Tip

  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
  • Serve with a straw.
