👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a small pot.
  2. Add the bruised ginger and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Remove ginger.
  4. Add 2 English breakfast tea bags and steep about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove tea bags.
  6. Divide tea into two mugs.
  7. Add milk to taste.
  8. Sweeten each mug with about 2 tsp honey or sugar.
