- carrot juice1 oz
- fresh orange juice1 oz
- ginger–cardamom simple syrup0.75 oz
- fresh lime juice0.5 oz
- seltzer or club sodasplash, plus extra to top
- black sugar sprinkles (for rim)as needed

Instructions
- 1Rim a rocks glass with black sugar sprinkles.
- 2Set the prepared glass aside.
- 3Combine vodka, carrot juice, orange juice, lime juice, ginger–cardamom simple syrup, and a small splash of seltzer or club soda in a shaker with ice.
- 4Shake until chilled.
- 5Pour into the prepared rocks glass.
