Ingredients
- Genever (Holland gin)2–3 oz
- Angostura aromatic bitters4 dashes
- Lime juiceJuice of 1 lime
- Lime peel (crushed)Peel of 1 lime
- Granulated sugar (optional)1 tsp (or less)
Instructions
- 1Fill a tall, thin glass with finely cracked or crushed ice.
- 2Add 4 dashes Angostura bitters.
- 3Add the juice and crushed peel of 1 lime.
- 4Fill almost to the top with genever.
- 5Add up to 1 teaspoon sugar to taste.
- 6Briefly stir/churn to mix and chill.

- Optional: add up to 1 teaspoon sugar to taste.
- Do not shake.
