- Appleton Reserve rum (aged Jamaican rum)1 oz
- Smith & Cross Jamaican rum (overproof)1/2 oz
- Averna amaro1/2 oz
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed)3/4 oz
- Orgeat3/4 oz
Instructions
- 1Add all ingredients to a shaker with one ice cube.
- 2Shake until the cube melts and the mixture is frothy.
- 3Pour into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
