🥃Ingredients
- Navy-strength gin (preferably Perry's Tot)2 oz
- Fresh grapefruit juice2/3 oz
- Fresh lime juice1/2 oz + 1/2 lime shell
- Cherry Heering1/2 oz
- Cinnamon syrup1/2 oz
- Orgeat syrup1 tsp
👨🍳Instructions
- Add 1 1/2 oz gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, Cherry Heering, cinnamon syrup, and orgeat to a shaker with ice.
- Shake.
- Strain into a coupe.
- Hollow out the reserved half lime.
- Turn the lime half inside out.
- Float the lime half on the drink.
- Fill the lime half with the remaining 1/2 oz gin.
- Ignite the gin in the lime shell.
