Ingredients
- Thai tea1 cup
- Amarula Cream Liqueur8 oz
- Fat-free milk, frothed1 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 1Bring 4 cups of water to a simmer in a medium saucepan.
- 2Reduce heat.
- 3Add the Thai tea.
- 4Steep over low heat for up to 20 minutes.
- 5Strain out the tea leaves.
- 6Divide the warm tea among four heatproof 12-ounce mugs.
- 7Add 2 oz Amarula to each mug.
- 8Top with frothed milk.
- 9Garnish with star anise or a cinnamon stick.
