Ingredients
  • Thai tea1 cup
  • Amarula Cream Liqueur8 oz
  • Fat-free milk, frothed1 1/2 cup
Instructions
  1. 1Bring 4 cups of water to a simmer in a medium saucepan.
  2. 2Reduce heat.
  3. 3Add the Thai tea.
  4. 4Steep over low heat for up to 20 minutes.
  5. 5Strain out the tea leaves.
  6. 6Divide the warm tea among four heatproof 12-ounce mugs.
  7. 7Add 2 oz Amarula to each mug.
  8. 8Top with frothed milk.
  9. 9Garnish with star anise or a cinnamon stick.
