Ingredients
  • Calcutta betel leaves (paan)4 leaves
  • Gulkand (rose petal preserve)4 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds1 tbsp
  • Paan masala2.5 tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream2.5 cups
  • Ice cubes10
Instructions
  1. 1Tear the betel leaves.
  2. 2Add the torn leaves to a mixer.
  3. 3Add gulkand, fennel seeds, paan masala, vanilla ice cream, and ice.
  4. 4Blend until smooth.
  5. 5Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. 6Pour into shot glasses.
