Ingredients
  • Coconut milk (from 1 coconut)1 liter
  • Palm sugar (gula merah), shaved200 g
  • Coffee powder2 tbsp
  • Pandan leaves, tied3 leaves
  • Kolang-kaling (palm fruit), sliced100 g
Instructions
  1. 1Combine coffee, palm sugar, coconut milk, and pandan leaves in a saucepan.
  2. 2Simmer over medium heat.
  3. 3Stir until it comes to a boil.
  4. 4Remove from heat.
  5. 5Strain.
  6. 6Return the strained mixture to the pot.
  7. 7Add sliced kolang‑kaling.
  8. 8Simmer until heated through.
