Ingredients
- Bubble gum (for infusion)16 pieces (preferably Dubble Bubble)
- Vodka (for infusion)2 cups (16 oz)
- Bubblegum‑infused vodka2 oz
- Fresh lemon juice1 tbsp (1/2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice1 tbsp (1/2 oz)
- Simple syrup1 tbsp (1/2 oz)
- Egg white (optional)1/2 egg white or 1 tbsp pasteurized liquid egg whites
- IceAs needed
Instructions
- 1In an airtight container, combine 16 pieces of bubble gum with 2 cups (16 oz) vodka.
- 2Stir periodically.
- 3Let infuse for about 24 hours.
- 4Fine-strain.
- 5Discard the gum.
- 6In a shaker, combine 2 oz bubblegum-infused vodka, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, and egg white if using.
- 7Add ice.
- 8Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- 9Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
