· 9 steps- 1In an airtight container, combine 16 pieces of bubble gum with 2 cups (16 oz) vodka.
- 2Stir periodically.
- 3Let infuse for about 24 hours.
- 4Fine-strain.
- 5Discard the gum.
- 6In a shaker, combine 2 oz bubblegum-infused vodka, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, and egg white if using.
- 7Add ice.
- 8Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- 9Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
