Ingredients
  • Overproof Jamaican rum (preferably Smith & Cross)1 1/2 oz
  • Banana liqueur (preferably Giffard Banane du Brésil)1/2 oz
  • Orgeat1/2 oz
  • Cinnamon syrup1/4 oz
  • Lime juice1 oz
  • Black rum (preferably Hamilton)3/4 oz
Instructions
  1. 1Combine the overproof Jamaican rum, banana liqueur, orgeat, cinnamon syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2Add a few pellets of crushed or cracked ice.
  3. 3Shake until they melt.
  4. 4Pour into a large rocks glass.
  5. 5Add the black rum.
  6. 6Top with more crushed ice.

Pro Tip

  • Garnish with mint, a charred cinnamon stick, and edible flowers.
