Ingredients
- Overproof Jamaican rum (preferably Smith & Cross)1 1/2 oz
- Banana liqueur (preferably Giffard Banane du Brésil)1/2 oz
- Orgeat1/2 oz
- Cinnamon syrup1/4 oz
- Lime juice1 oz
- Black rum (preferably Hamilton)3/4 oz
Instructions
- 1Combine the overproof Jamaican rum, banana liqueur, orgeat, cinnamon syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
- 2Add a few pellets of crushed or cracked ice.
- 3Shake until they melt.
- 4Pour into a large rocks glass.
- 5Add the black rum.
- 6Top with more crushed ice.

- Garnish with mint, a charred cinnamon stick, and edible flowers.
