Ingredients
- Salt1 pinch (plus more for rim)
- Cayenne pepper1 pinch (plus more for rim)
- Lime wedge1 (for rim and garnish)
- Lime juice, freshly squeezed1/2 oz
- Worcestershire sauce2 dashes
- Tabasco (red) hot sauce2 dashes
- Ground black pepper1 pinch
- Celery salt1 pinch
- Mexican lager beer, chilled1 bottle
Instructions
- 1Rub a lime wedge on half the rim of a pint glass.
- 2Dip the rim into a 50/50 mix of salt and cayenne.
- 3Add the lime juice to the glass.
