Ingredients
  • Salt1 pinch (plus more for rim)
  • Cayenne pepper1 pinch (plus more for rim)
  • Lime wedge1 (for rim and garnish)
  • Lime juice, freshly squeezed1/2 oz
  • Worcestershire sauce2 dashes
  • Tabasco (red) hot sauce2 dashes
  • Ground black pepper1 pinch
  • Celery salt1 pinch
  • Mexican lager beer, chilled1 bottle
Instructions
  1. 1Rub a lime wedge on half the rim of a pint glass.
  2. 2Dip the rim into a 50/50 mix of salt and cayenne.
  3. 3Add the lime juice to the glass.
  4. 4Add Worcestershire sauce to the glass.
  5. 5Add Tabasco to the glass.
  6. 6Add black pepper to the glass.
  7. 7Add celery salt to the glass.
  8. 8Fill with chilled Mexican lager.
