  • Rye whiskey2 oz
  • Orgeat3/4 oz
  • Pineapple juice3/4 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice3/4 oz
  • Angostura bitters6–10 dashes
Instructions
  1. 1Add rye, orgeat, pineapple juice, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake until chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. 4Top with Angostura bitters.
