👨🍳Instructions
- Bring water and sugar to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add beach rose flowers.
- Infuse at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Strain.
- Add gin, strawberries, lavender, and beach rose flowers to a shaker.
- Muddle to a purée.
- Add lemon juice, beach rose syrup, and egg white.
- Shake without ice.
- Add ice.
- Shake again.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
