  • Sake1/3 cup (about 90 ml)
  • Kiwi1 whole, peeled and quartered
  • Fine sugar1 tablespoon
  • IceAs needed
Instructions
  1. 1Peel the kiwi.
  2. 2Cut the kiwi into quarters.
  3. 3Reserve a thin slice of kiwi.
  4. 4Add the kiwi pieces to a cocktail shaker.
  5. 5Add fine sugar to the shaker.
  6. 6Muddle until paste-like.
  7. 7Add ice to the shaker.
  8. 8Add sake to the shaker.
  9. 9Shake to combine.
  10. 10Pour into the serving glass.
  11. 11Garnish with the reserved kiwi slice.
