- Croft Pink (pink port)to top

Instructions
- 1Dissolve 500 g sugar in 500 ml water over medium heat.
- 2Remove from heat as it begins to boil.
- 3Bottle the simple syrup.
- 4Add lime wedges, berries (3 each of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), and 15 ml simple syrup to a glass.
- 5Muddle.
- 6Add crushed ice.
- 7Top up with Croft Pink.
