Ingredients
  • Nolet’s Silver Gin1 oz
  • Dolin Dry Vermouth1/2 oz
  • Fresh pressed cucumber juice1/2 oz
  • Tomato powder (dried & ground tomato)1/4 tsp
  • Olive juice (brine)4–6 dashes
  • Bitter Truth Celery Root Bitters3 dashes
  • Lemon (for spritz)1 quarter
  • Heirloom cherry tomatoes (garnish)2 (one red, one yellow)
  • Cucumber balls (garnish)2
Instructions
  1. 1Add gin, dry vermouth, fresh pressed cucumber juice, olive juice, and tomato powder to an ice-filled shaker.
  2. 2Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a martini glass.
  4. 4Add celery root bitters to the top of the drink.
  5. 5Spritz with juice from a fresh-cut lemon peel or quarter.

Pro Tip

  • Garnish: Spear one cherry tomato and one cucumber ball on a pick, repeat, and place on the rim.
