👨🍳Instructions
- Break the hard rind of the bael.
- Scoop out the pulp.
- Mash the pulp with your fingers.
- Remove the bitter seeds.
- Add chilled water.
- Mash again.
- Press the mixture through a sieve.
- Discard the fibers and seeds.
- Stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
- Add ice cubes.
- Add lightly crushed mint leaves.
- Stir to combine.
- Add a tiny pinch of salt.
