Ingredients
- Jamuns (black plums)20–25
- Water3 cups
- Sugar5–6 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder1 tsp

Instructions
- 1Wash jamuns.
- 2Add jamuns, sugar, and water to a pan.
- 3Bring to a boil.
- 4Simmer for 18–20 minutes.
- 5Cool to room temperature.
- 6Chill for about 1½ hours.
- 7Mash the mixture.
- 8Strain to remove seeds.
- 9Stir in lemon juice, salt, and roasted cumin powder.
