👨🍳Instructions
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 16 makrut lime leaves in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Let steep as it cools to room temperature.
- Strain and reserve.
- Purée 8 oz chopped ripe mango in a blender.
- Add 8 oz plain yogurt, 2 oz buttermilk, 2 oz white rum, 2 oz makrut lime syrup, 1/2 oz lime juice, and a pinch of kosher salt.
- Blend until smooth.
