Ingredients
  • Sparkling wine or prosecco1 (750 ml) bottle
  • Bourbon1 cup
  • Apple cider4 cups
  • Soda water3 1/2 cups
  • Granulated sugar1 cup
  • Water (for syrup)1 cup
  • Pumpkin pie spice1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice1/2 cup
Instructions
  1. 1Combine sugar, water, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  2. 2Bring to a simmer.
  3. 3Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. 4Remove from heat.
  5. 5Cool completely.
  6. 6Gently add sparkling wine, cooled spiced syrup, soda water, apple cider, and lemon juice to a large pitcher or dispenser.
  7. 7Stir lightly to combine.
