  • Black or white pepper (optional)1/4 tsp
  • Mint leaves (garnish, optional)3–4 leaves

👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Combine water and freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice in a jar or bowl.
  2. Add sugar, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and pepper (if using).
  3. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is combined.
  4. Taste.
  5. Adjust sweetness, salt, and spice.
