🥃Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves1/2 cup
  • Honey or sugar1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder1/2 teaspoon
  • Rock salt (kala namak)1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder1 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice1.5 tablespoons
  • Chilled water (or ice + water)3 cups

👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Remove mint leaves from stems.
  2. Wash leaves well.
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender with about 1/2 cup of the water.
  4. Blend to a smooth puree.
  5. Add the remaining water.
  6. Pulse briefly to combine.
  7. Strain through a fine strainer.

  • Fine strain if desired.
