  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Water1/4 cup

  • Aquavit or vodka1 1/2 oz

👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Shake 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water in a jar until dissolved.
  2. Stir in 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill.
  3. Cover.
  4. Chill 24–48 hours.
  5. Strain.
  6. Add crushed ice to a highball glass until half full.
  7. Combine 3 oz green tea kombucha, 1 1/2 oz aquavit or vodka, and 1/2 oz dill syrup in the glass.
  8. Stir.
  9. Top with more crushed ice.
