Ingredients
  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Fresh dill, coarsely chopped1/4 cup
  • Green tea kombucha3 oz
  • Aquavit or vodka1 1/2 oz
  • Dill syrup1/2 oz
Instructions
  1. 1Shake 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water in a jar until dissolved.
  2. 2Stir in 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill.
  3. 3Cover.
  4. 4Chill 24–48 hours.
  5. 5Strain.
  6. 6Add crushed ice to a highball glass until half full.
  7. 7Combine 3 oz green tea kombucha, 1 1/2 oz aquavit or vodka, and 1/2 oz dill syrup in the glass.
  8. 8Stir.
  9. 9Top with more crushed ice.

  • Garnish with a dill sprig.
