Ingredients
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Fresh dill, coarsely chopped1/4 cup
- Green tea kombucha3 oz
- Aquavit or vodka1 1/2 oz
- Dill syrup1/2 oz
Instructions
- 1Shake 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water in a jar until dissolved.
- 2Stir in 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill.
- 3Cover.
- 4Chill 24–48 hours.
- 5Strain.
- 6Add crushed ice to a highball glass until half full.
- 7Combine 3 oz green tea kombucha, 1 1/2 oz aquavit or vodka, and 1/2 oz dill syrup in the glass.
- 8Stir.
- 9Top with more crushed ice.

- Garnish with a dill sprig.
