Ingredients
- Green mango (unripe), large1 pc
- Black salt (or regular salt), to taste1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder1/2 tsp
- Roasted red chili1 pc
- Green chili, to taste2 pcs
- Sugar, to taste2 tbsp
- Water4 cups
- Ice cubes5–6 pcs
Instructions
- 1Add the mango (peeled and chopped), black salt, roasted cumin powder, roasted red chili, green chilies, sugar, and 1 cup of water to a blender.
- 2Blend in short pulses.
- 3Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- 4Blend again.
- 5Add the remaining 3 cups of water.
- 6Blend until smooth.
