🥃Ingredients

👨🍳Instructions
- Soak 6–8 kokum in about 3/4 cup water with a pinch of hing and salt.
- Set aside for 3–4 hours.
- Grind 1 cup grated coconut with the garlic (or ginger) and green chilies, adding a little water, to a thick paste.
- Squeeze out the coconut milk and reserve.
- Add about 3/4 cup more water to the coconut solids.
- Pulse briefly.
- Extract milk again.
- Repeat 2–3 times until most milk is extracted.
- Discard the kokum solids.
- Combine the kokum water with the extracted coconut milk.
- Mix until creamy pink.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Let the drink rest for about 1 hour.

- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve chilled.
