Ingredients
  • Semisweet chocolate chips, melted1/4 cup
  • Candy canes, crushed3
  • Peppermint schnapps6 oz (divided; ~1 oz per glass)
  • Champagne or Prosecco1 bottle
Instructions
  1. 1Pour melted chocolate onto a small plate.
  2. 2Pour crushed candy canes onto another plate.
  3. 3Dip rims of chilled champagne flutes in the chocolate.
  4. 4Dip rims in the crushed candy to coat.
  5. 5Add about 1 oz peppermint schnapps to each prepared glass.
  6. 6Top with Champagne or Prosecco.

  • Garnish each with a whole candy cane.
