Ingredients
- Green raw mangoes2
- Brown sugar3 tbsp
- Cumin powder1 tbsp
- Black salt2 tbsp
- Salt1 tbsp
- Water2 cups
- Mint leaves (chopped)1 tbsp
- Iceas needed
Instructions
- 1Place the mangoes with water in a saucepan.
- 2Boil.
- 3Simmer for about 10 minutes until soft.
- 4Let cool.
- 5Peel.
- 6Scoop out the pulp.
- 7Blend the pulp with some water to a thick paste.
- 8Return the paste to a pan.
- 9Cook with brown sugar until dissolved.
- 10Stir constantly.
- 11Remove from heat.
- 12Mix in cumin powder, black salt, and salt.
- 13Add 1–2 tbsp of the mango mixture to a tall glass of chilled water.
- 14Add ice.
- 15Add mint.
- 16Stir well.
