Ingredients
  • Untreated lemon1/2
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs1–2 sprigs (plus optional sprig for garnish)
  • Campari4 cl
  • Carpano Antica Formula (or other sweet red vermouth)4 cl
  • Tonic water (preferably Fever-Tree)about 10 cl
Instructions
  1. 1Cut the lemon into quarters.
  2. 2Squeeze the lemon directly into a glass.
  3. 3Lightly rub or twist the rosemary to release aromatics.
  4. 4Add ice to the glass.
  5. 5Add the rosemary to the glass.
  6. 6Add Campari.
  7. 7Add sweet vermouth.
  8. 8Top with tonic water.
  9. 9Stir once vertically.
  10. 10Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
  11. 11Garnish with a lemon twist.
