Ingredients
- Untreated lemon1/2
- Fresh rosemary sprigs1–2 sprigs (plus optional sprig for garnish)
- Campari4 cl
- Carpano Antica Formula (or other sweet red vermouth)4 cl
- Tonic water (preferably Fever-Tree)about 10 cl
Instructions
- 1Cut the lemon into quarters.
- 2Squeeze the lemon directly into a glass.
- 3Lightly rub or twist the rosemary to release aromatics.
- 4Add ice to the glass.
- 5Add the rosemary to the glass.
- 6Add Campari.
- 7Add sweet vermouth.
- 8Top with tonic water.
- 9Stir once vertically.
- 10Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
- 11Garnish with a lemon twist.
