Instructions
- 1Juice the lemons.
- 2Peel the ginger.
- 3Grate the ginger.
- 4Place the grated ginger with a liberal dash of cayenne into a piece of cheesecloth.
- 5Tie the cheesecloth.
- 6Soak the cheesecloth in the water for about 15 minutes.
- 7Add the sugar.
- 8Add the lemon juice.
- 9Stir to dissolve.
- 10Chill.
- 11Serve.
